If you have a router that might be the problem cuz if you dont hook it up right it can cause you to loose connection, or you just have bad connection. anyway I hope you get your computer fixed.

My Internet is stupid. It keeps getting disconnected, so I
have to shut down the main computer, and reset it so the other
computers work.
