Well, I for one get it. So I think I'll explain, I guess. This is what I think it means.

You tell which outfit you like best. Depending on your number of posts, the person who you voted for gets a certain amount of points.

Whoever has the most points by the end of the contest wins.

What I don't get is the VIP thing...
