I tried doing that stuff you guys do on photoshop for the first time.
i played around with it.. and this is what i got...

Rate them.. tell me how i could improve, what i should do. blah blah etc.

1. The text needs to stand out a bit more, And it's a bit blurry, but it's great for a first attempt! 9/10 for effort.
2. You should duplicate the car layer and only blur the one below. It'll work better. Also great for a first attempt. 10/10 for effort

A blurry picture.

Try taking some tuts, Or downloading an easier program to use like PDN.

Lol. i see where your coming from for the first one. Definently just blurs and shapes.
But for the second one i used some other effects aswell.
