Flaming

Okay.

Practically every topic that I read, somebody is slagging someone, or there's flaming.

If someone says something stupid, ignore it.

Don't respond, because then other's will get involved, and it just ends up a 3 way battle.

Can't you all just respect each other? No insulting, no targeting someone for bad spelling.

Remember, people here range from 7 year olds to 16 year olds.

Just try to get along?

Umm, I'm sorry but I don't really see that a lot. It really only happens in protest topics, not in the other forums. I do agree that everyone should get along, though.

Age tends to be a reason that flaming starts. You are right though.

I agree greenday. I think the ignore should be added to the forum rules as a tip to new users so even less flaming happens.

I also think that there should be more serious consequences for flaming. Warnings never work. Someone is just going to continue. My idea is flaming should result in an immediate infraction but at the first signs of a war starting, it should be a warning.

It happens often that is true. This is mostly because users are just like, "that sucks". So they get offended and treat the other user like...Crap. Some battles have taken it so far the threads have had to be locked and some users have got over 2 infractions. I've been in flame wars a lot because I fight for what should be right, I mean, seriously...who hasn't flamed with another user?

But you are right, ignore it, get on with it, it's life ;)

I thank you guys for what I've been trying to say about flaming. The reason why I get mad at people for saying stupid things is because it always leads to flame. You guys probably don't even realize as a group how much you flame. I find it ridiculous that a group of people can't have a nice discussion. There should be no excuses for flaming.

Anyway, i agree with Greenday, there has been a lot of flaming. Even though i might be sort of involved, im just the voice of reason trying to bring peace in real. :P I can't help telling people off when they act superior and IM SO COOL AND UR NOT. And are just plain rude to people for no reason.
It needs to stop. It gets triggered from certain people... Not naming names.

See, some people would argue with that. They would say something like "This is not that nice of a group" then it would start. These type of things we ignore, when someone says something like that, there just pushing your buttons.
