| The staff is running the forum like Congress runs the government. All they care about is keeping their position and having power over people. They don't care about the members. Having Opinions...That's THEIR job! If we do it, it's flaming! Our opinions are nothing more than the confetti that falls from the homepage... Pointless.
When was the last time you saw ALL the staff unanimously agree on a user? And I know how they will defend themselves from this argument... "I can have an opinion too, ya know" Well, why can't we?
This... Totalitarian fascist regime won't end until we, the users, end it.Nothing changes unless something or someone changes it.
Have you ever been treated unfairly by staff? Have you ever had an opinion and been flamed by staff for it, then gotten a locked topic and infraction? You have no rights on this forum. Only PRIVILEGES. They can revoke your membership at any time if they feel it "benefits them"
The only few people that come to mind in a situation like this are a Mr. Stalin... a Mr. Hitler... A Mr. Vladimir Lenin... . All were insane lunatics. They killed. The slaughtered. They both caused mass genocide. And they did it for THEMSELVES. THEIR COUNTRY. For THEIR PEOPLE because they felt it was RIGHT. They had absolute control. They didn't respect the rights of their people. Just like the moderators and administrators. Stalin brainwashed his people to make him believe he was a god, that he was all powerful. That whatever he does is right.
The USSR... Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The CAMF... Club of Administrator and Moderator Fascists.

I don't know why you do these anymore and try and make us look horrible. We're about to switch over from being a "cp" forum which the users are currently making all the decisions, which is right, but if you think you know all. Then post away.
And I guess I should know already that you didn't intend on proving any points, but more just stir up the users like threads in the past.

I actually have to agree with this. Club Penguin has gotten most of it's users from CP, and that is what has made it succesful. Changing it to a gaming forum will either drive more users away who aren;t intersted or stop the steady flow of new users(yes, there is a steady flow of users, whether a large quanity or small). |

This is what I tried to say in the Staff Forum in the first place. If we changed it to a Gaming Forum, it's more like for male users and again, kinda sexist, IMO. Plus, like Smileygurl said. Most of the users joined this forum because of CP. If we turn this into a gaming forum, you'll probably lose half the members on the forum. Not gain more. I have to agree with KD. ;D

| What if some of us like Genocide and the USSR?
Either way, I don't like having an opinion and then changing it the moment someone comes along and says something different, but HelloPayton has a point. I didn't want a change of topic, but then everyone else did, so I just went along with it.
Now, can we stop talking liek we are in Cold War 2.0?

Changing it to a gaming forum will either drive more users away who aren;t intersted or stop the steady flow of new users(yes, there is a steady flow of users, whether a large quanity or small). True, CPP has gotten most of its active members from CP, but do we really need more idiotic comments from newbies who pay no attention to what is being said to them? Do we need more obnoxious kiddies? We can't offer that much help regarding CP; most of our users have already outgrown the game itself. Why hide under the misleading guise of this being a CP forum, while 75% of the userbase doesn't even play Club Penguin anymore? The number of new registration has been going down lately, as well, doesn't that tell you that something is wrong? A video games forum may not be the best choice (and it certainly isn't the only), but I still do support the topic change. P.S. This forum is actually a gaming forum already - is CP not a game? A gaming forum may not be the best choice (and it certainly isn't the only). - BabyCP wrote:

I don't agree with most of the decisions the staff make, but I again, I'm hard to please. Staff-wise, I'd say things have been improving lately, actually - if only a little.

I do not agree to these terms I hope you do, because you agreed to all of this and more. I mainly point out the last one to this reply. The mods of this forum have the right to delete, move, or edit any discussion subject of yours at any moment. If I felt like locking this thread right now, I could. However, the staff here do not do that unless the rules are being pushed within that thread. Think of it as a "privilege". - KingdomDarkII wrote:

How come you have to be the one to come in and save them all when they could do it for themselves? Whenever these threads are made, it seems to be the same users over and over again posting on these. Then, after it is over, they go back to however they normally are.

| This post is about the topic situation because I want to make something clear. I see a lot of people in this thread who said we should switch at first but now they are changing their minds.
Well, make up your mind please. We were given the vibe that most people want a change so speak up right away from now on.
If you look at the new forum poll that dirk created, switch won. 4 people voted no but it seems like more than 4 people don't want change.
So if you are wondering why things sometimes to not go your way, maybe you should take polls.
This is going to get dramatic so fast. Maybe I should just ban every user on the forum so there is no more drama :D Duh....

| I may be only a noob, but I can say I would not want a change, when forums get too broad, or generic in topic, it tends to "slow" them down if you know what I mean. I have experience with other forums. I hardly post on this one. But It's up to you guys not me. Just throwing in my sense. | |

When was the last time you saw a user stick up against the staff? Well? And I mean about how they are doing their job. Fact is, you've chained everyone here up so much, they can hardly SPEAK, never mind say "You're not a very good moderator" People can't "grow up" and speak their opinions? Why must it be all "I'm going to keep posting this until you'll listen."? We are reading the threads, but we will close them when things are taken out of hand or, as I said, are pushing the rules. If you want to express your opinions, then do it, but try to be mature while doing so. Where exactly have you heard that they want to "stick up" to the staff? What's to say that everyone here is against us? Just because you think it, then everyone will go with you? We try to let threads like that go awhile, but then they turn into a bonfire, flames everywhere. Triton just made a new thread for this. Post any staff complaints that you have there. It can be found in this same forum, stickied.

Why must we listen to you if you won't respond to us? Your just splattering out accusations without any solution. You don't stay to make it better, just cause chaos and confusion.
