Its a lot better than my first, it's a little big but just a little, its not to much of a problem. Nice job. Usually...4.5/10 Since its your first...7/10.

For a first, that is great.

The text though could be better. Make the glow from light blue to black and darken the blue. Perhaps make it a bit transparent.
