Found out how:

Go to the safe chat buble on any server
Go to games
Click hide and seek
You will see it.

well people cant say numbers on clubpenguin they might have been using Penguin Storm automatic talker they put in a message it says it automatically even with numbers

You can't say numbers with Storm or any Auto Talker, it gets filtered out.
You CAN use asterisks with it though.
But not numbers, I've tried. Payton Bice
