Well, my neighbors found a Hawiaian (Sorry :S) Punch bottle filled with some type of liquid and a bunch of foil.

They called the police, a Fire-Truck (Pumper) Fire-Cheif's vehicle, + 4 Squad cars. Their son is my friend, and he was running around telling everyone. Lol. My neighborhood is pretty safe, considering my neighbors a cop, others a detective, and my Dads' a Fire-fighter. They police said they couldn't specify the liquid, but they believe it was a joke..
+I had the PSSA's today (HUGE state test.)

It's was probably oil. If I was you I woud've touched it, it could've activated the foil, killnig u.

Thats not a really good joke. He could get sent to juvi for mabye a week or so for making a fake bomb. Nah, maby 1 day or so.
