Theme bug, is it happening for you?

Hey guys!

I am having a theme bug.
When someone posts in a new thread, it doesn't say new post but when I view it, it appears that there is a new post but there isn't a new post in that forum. Is it happening to anyone elso?

They are diffrent pictures, the no new posts picture just isnt faded enough...Ill take care of it. Locked.
