What's happening to me?

Uh, well, the last few days of my life have been a mess. No doubt about that. But why am I starting to cry about every little stupid thing that saddens me? I thought I was more cheerful than that...

I'm always gloomy for no reason, I quit playing tennis just because I epically failed in a match today, I'm starting to get angry at everyone, I'm shouting all the time, I sometimes feel like hurting myself for doing something stupid and I lost my sense of humor. Is it depression or something? Please help me understand. :S

This might sound something stupid to share with everyone I don't even know face to face. But it's starting to affect my life and my friend's life as well--it's not like I have that many friends anymore, figures.

Its most likely depression. I have it sometimes and I feel like I hate my life. But then that leads into Emoness. But then I think of things on the bright side and it cheers me up.

I believe this may be depression.Yesterday you were so excited-like, and now you seem so upset and "messed up"(not the offencive way) in your life.That has to be depression.That really can't be good. :S

I honestly dont think its depression boom. When going through youre teenage years, you start to feel all this..crap. Im going through it too and im not liking my life so much, thats why I havent even been on. Its sorta like puberty i would say. Its not easy...:(

sometimes it's easier to share things with people you don't have to 'face' (forum friends) than to pluck up courage to tell somebody in real life. you really ought to tell your parents how you feel because they can help you, even if it means taking you to the doctors for some advice. don't ignore these feelings if they are getting worse!

You're kinda right, sometimes I feel perfectly fine and then "poof". Something stupid upsets me and I'm depressed for the whole day.

Never really thought of it that way, but you're right. I've ought to tell my parents or at least my mother about this. The stupid thing is, it's not like I don't want to tell them, it's that I'm afraid of their reaction when I do. I'm always afraid, actually. I'm feeling better today anyway, crying my head off last night really helped.

It could be depression, but it most likely isn't. It could be from all the stress in your life, but that depends on your school and family situations, which I don't really know about.

The best way to deal with things like this, is relax and keep doing what you've always been doing and have fun. Thats the real way to get threw depression, you just have to chill out, lay back and get back on track.
