| SettingClassical Japan Story The game begins with a flashback of 100 years ago. We are told of how a wolf named Shiranui and a man named Nagi work together to fight the eight headed demon Orochi, who terrorized Kamiki Village. Though they were not able to annihilate Orochi, they were able to seal him away. One hundred years in the future, all is well in Kamiki Village, that is, until Susano, who just happens to be a descendant of Nagi, accidently releases Orochi from his seal in an attempt to prove that the legend of Shiranui and Nagi is not real. While Susano runs away, Orochi escapes and brings evil to the lands. Seeing what has happened, Sakuya, the guardian of Kamiki Village, calls for Amaterasu, the sun goddess, who is the reincarnation of Shiranui, and asks her to defeat Orochi once again and get rid of the evil among the lands. It is then that Amaterasu embarks on a journey to rid the land of Orochi's evil. Gameplay The gameplay consists of you using your Wii remote as a brush. Throughout the game you discover new ways to use your brush. For an example, you can use the brush to make it morning or night. To make it morning, you simply draw a circle in the sky. To make it night, you draw a C shape in the sky. Fairly easy. You can also use your brush to defeat monsters, by using a simple / or \ figure on them. To attack monsters, you can also use your Wii remote, by thrusting forward with the remote. This deals damage to the monster. When you defeat a monster, money is left behind, and sometimes items as well. Meh. This review was short. It's kinda late so I'll add more to this later. | |
