Well, on PC3, there were ninjas, so when CP started, people thought they would bring them back.

It's very possible. I'm a ninja professor, and if you go to the lighthouse and look at the net, there's a shadow of a ninja. And at Ski Lodge, check mirror on the Fireplace.
