I remember making stuf flike this in Photoshop, then realizing it was so terrible that not even a master of GFX could help me.
I hasd only one choice- use GIMP.

Now, let's think that Mojo here's never really done much graphics work, and doesn't have any other program to use other than Paint. As a Paint graphic, I would give it a 7/10--it's most certainly not horrible.
