Something bad happens because of Herbert every year.I have a feeling that worse will happen in Club Penguin over the Summer.Right now these weeks are going to be crazy. :/

Herbert is a cause.
Right now there is an HQ Meeting. I'm in it, and right now we are calming down the crowds are assuring them it's OK.

In the HQ Meeting, we have discussed that is has been Herbert who has caused the earthquake for revenge, and that the 8th mission may be based on it.

We have set agents with drills to repair the earthquakes and others to calm the people down.

What are you talking about? The Town looks great! :P

I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with Klutzy underground and the prime gear, and probably the Boiler Room. We'll have to wait and see.
