after i went broke i finally have enough money to buy it but i dont think its out on PS3

Nope, It's not and It would probably not gonna be re-released on PS3 anytime soon since Microsoft owns Bungie studios (The company that made the Halo franchise).

It won't be becuase bungie and ps3 makers declined the deal of stock.

The Halo trilogy is over and Bungie was owned by Microsoft. It will never be on PS3. There are similar games for PS3 but no Halo.
