| Remember a while back when Club Penguin changed the :D emote to 8D emote? They said they changed it because another company said it looked too much like theirs. Well, I found the company: Yahoo! Their messenger symbol looks very similar to the original emote:  :D See the connection? ~Egaro | |

| Alot of copyrighted sites have smileys like that. I don't see why Yahoo would have a problem with that. Maybe because Cp actually made the smileys. But still, legally Yahoo couldn't make Cp change it.
They aren't identical. Yahoo must've just asked NHI to change it. | |

I actually forgot I knew it was Yahoo or AOL.
