My sister cut herself....

Last night my sister walked into my room crying, then she showed me her wrist. It had a few cuts on it. I was creeped out the moment I saw it. My mom thinks my sister will try to comite suicide.

They were about 3-5 inches long. She also said it didn't even hurt when she cut herself.

I suggest you tell your mom to get her a therapist, these types of things can lead to suicide.

Hope it all goes well, cutting your wrists can be a serious issue in some cases. :S

How old is your sister?

My oh my it's hard to think that somebody has cut themselves... I wouldn't slit my wrists. But could thing it didn't go any worser.

She probably feels depressed... tell your mom to talk to her... or take her to a therapist if it gets worse. She's emo...

I don't know why your all referring to it as emo... Emo stands for emotional, its mainly the way people feel about theirselves and its usually when they feel sorry for theirselves aswell, they end up not enjoying life.

The term emo doesn't mean cutting your wrists. :S

I agree with Mickey though, its most likely depression.

Sad. Truly sad. I hope your sister gets better. Many thing's can lead to this type of stuff. Even sadder is that people show no emotion, no remorse. A sister of a person you know just tried to kill herself and all you can say is "She's emo"?

I can't say I haven't pulled off stunt's like this, actually I still am. I see a phyciotrist, I AM depressed, but I feel better. Many people say that people that see a phsyciotrist are crazy, but really they are just... troubled. They have problems, just like all of us here. Some are just more severe.

Again, from the bottom of my heart, I say, I hope you sister get's better. People don't deserve that ****. Nobody need's to feel like that.
