Yes, the first in the Ice Berg, light up all the lights to win, and then on the Ski Village, same as the Ice Berg one, then in the swimming pool, swim to the way that the arrows way that it point it.

They actually give you a hint on the sign in the ski village to turn on all the lights, and when you click the medal next to the M badge it says to turn on all the lights.
