I was searching through the thread And found out we refresh everyone and choose new team members every month, If this is true. please tell me.

That would be too much for the staff to do, and it would be too much of a change each month.

And yes, it's too much of a change. Maybe remove the people who aren't working enough by voting on them and including new people to replace them, but refreshing everyone, I dunno..

I think the staff members of this group stay the same unless a member quits the forum. Then their position will probably be replaced so it brings the paer back on full throttle.
