The three Branches of Government were created so only small things to nothing can be done. We can't change everything, 'cept for stealing from the people who actually work.

Actually, the three branches can change almost anything. Everything exept Congress has little control over this country. The president really is a puppet. All his actions go through congress.

What many people don't realize is that the president, in essence, really doesn't have that much power--in fact, Congress has most of it.

The president can do very little without approval from the Congress..

Either way, the point is that the president doesn't have that much control--the only thing he can do without approval is send the army to war, and Congress can even overthrow that.

@BT: And then it goes back and if more than two thirds sign again, bill passes anyway.
