Yep It Is!

1:Make WhatEver You Want And Then Go To Layers->DuplicateLayer It
2:Keep Doing This And Do Whatever You Want
3:Go Pn Filters->Animation->PlayBack Or Summert
4:Save it As WhatEverYouWant.gif And THhre You Have It!
