Each infraction lasts 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, it expires and is removed. If you get 5 in two weeks, then you will be banned.

I don't like them being temporary, though...

i dont really like it either i think the only way you could lose infractions is to have them reversed.

it would amke people be more careful that way.

back on topic, getting 5 infractions means perma ban and you get an infraction if you break a rule seriously

When you break a rule, if you spammed, double posted, advertisied...etc, they give you first a warning, then an infraction, it means how many you broke the rules.
