Hey, I like that! I'd consider being a creative consultant for CP, if I had the ability to do so. I might go as far to design some of the free items, if I had that sort of job. Working for CP might be fun!

Hmmm, if one must be 18 or above, I could get a job with them right now if I wanted to. I suppose I'd need some training courses to back me up, but those can be achieved on the quick. Hey, it could be done! Anyhow, I've plenty of ideas that might become a reality someday. This topic has gotten me thinking, now.

You need a high school diploma to join the cp team, to I very much doubt they'll acccept you. lol. And by that time, you'll have grown out of it.

A little bit of training as in you need to have experience and be very good at flash and all. You could be one of those moderators who simply patrols around CP completely hidden and nobody knows that they are a moderator. Those are the people who just take care of the site and all, I don't think you need flash experience. You might need to move to Canada or England, too...

You live in Canada? It would depend on what you did there as a staff. Making graphics would probably be the hardest or fixing bugs and glitches.
