I didn't join Club Penguin, I was born there. But I would reffer about 2005.
I dont get to see Club Penguin often, I am always in HQ sorting out and creating inventions for the PSA. But I would say that Club Penguin is about 100/100.

1. What are you talking about Agent, the PSA never gives up! We will inform you on the latest mission soon, look in the club penguin times for clues.

2. Yes, of course I do, I always go down to Club Penguin to get some fresh air. But Im not HQ often, Im in the Gadget room building and creating.
