I got it the day it came out! It's pretty sweet!

It's a Nintendo DS game. It came out on March 22nd, 2009 in the USA and in October 2008 in Japan.

I've seen TV commercials about it. Is it the same thing as Diamond and Pearl?

I might get it, but it'll probably be my last Pokemon game, I'm getting too old for this stuff.

It's similar, but there's many differences. If you've ever played Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire, and then played Pokemon Emerald, it's similar to that, only I think there are some major differences in the plot too.
