On every forum I am an Admin of a starnge guest comes on with the same Ip so I know its the sameperson and when I logged of he went I am confused

They dont join the forums they just go on every forum I do.
on Admin pannel you see guests Ip's as well

You can't stop a guest going on the forum you can stop them from registering
