They are great :P

I just don't like the text on the Marathon one. BiteThedust is too small for me. But if you like it, you keep it. :)

When you blur or/and darken the background, it's called depth. Depth is when you make focal stand out. If I didn't blur the background, it would be hard to see the focal and it would be a hard time figuring it out. Imagine your an artist and your deciding to paint yourself at a busy Starbucks. Would you add detail to the people around you are would you just add the detail to yourself?

Both extremely messy, bad gradients aswell. You really need to start trying to find colored c4d's that go with the stock and such, photo filters and gradients can just ruin the natural tag some times. Work on flow and compo too, as i said its messy and i can barely make out the render/stock.

EDIT: Now that I look at it, the coloring on the first one is decent, but most of your tags have bad gradient maps. XD

What gradient maps would work? Oh, and do you have any C4D's I could use or a website with a bunch of them? I can't extract .rar, only .zip

Don't say PlanetRenders. :\
