Club Penguin Contest Forum

I was thinking that Club Penguin Planet could have a CPContest forum for users that want to have club penguin type contests. From Sled Racing down the mountain to, edit things related to club penguin, users (or a group of users) could make CPContests in a forum that users try and win.
