How to get Splatter Effects with Gimp NO DOWNLOAD!

Well this is simple
All you have to do is

1. Pick a background anything
2. click on pencil tool
3. click on the sparks/orange glow
4. now put colour from gradient
5. Now use the main colour as anything and secondary colour white or something else

done you have splatter effects
or you could download the brushes

Eh, not a very good tutorial. Not splatter effect because you could see the trail's of the circle.
