PostSubject: Photoshop sig in ages   Photoshop sig in ages EmptySeptember 5th 2009, 1:14 am

So I have photoshop again. And this is the first time I used a stock.
(I followed a tutorial)

Photoshop sig in ages 20964gp
v2:Photoshop sig in ages V3hnhc
v3:Photoshop sig in ages 25sofpe

Rate and criticise.

And how do you create a border ?

The light in the front is too bright or the entire signature is too bright. I can't really see much because of that and so I don't know what to say about the rest of it.

Try creating a new layer, fill it with black, then lower the opacity. That will darken it all a bit. You could also try erasing parts of it with different opacities to get something that you like in the entire signature.

I like both of them, I don't know what I was saying earlier, mostly. I like the black/white a little better though.

To create a border... hit Ctrl+A or Select > All. Then go to Edit > Stroke. Try 1 pixel, black, and inside. That should do it. It all depends on the type of border that you are going for but this is the basic.

No offence,but...the lighting is perfect!Just the render is well streched down a notch more then it should be.

It has this weird grey tint to it and the render looks like it was stretched.

Good try ;)

Thats a little better but it could still use some work. For a border, I would open a new canvas with the same width but add 8 to the height and then paste in your signature in the middle.

5 may be too much but it just all depends on how you want it to look.

I like that new one. ^_^
