Pre-Staff Refreshment

Subject: Pre-Staff Refreshment November 1st 2009, 10:40 pm

Right now the staff is currently voting on which of us should stay and which should go. That part will be mainly handled by us, while picking the replacements will involve more of you guys.

To give some of the staff that might not have been as active or is not sure about some other staff members. I want you all to vote in this poll on who you think should stay and keep their job. (MULTIPLE CHOICE) Please also give a reason with your voting.

Staff will not be allowed to defend themselves, but if you do need to ask a staff member a particular question, feel free to do so.

I believe everyone except Jazz and Flubby should keep their jobs. All other members, from what I have seen, are active and remain well-deserving of their spots. Bam has left us.

Big Sb: He has done a lot... the themes are really good.. and overall he just seems like an intelligent person =P plus hes like laid back not always RAHRARHAHAHRARHAHRAWHWRHRW.

Jazz: When he's active he does a good job. If he stays active then he should stay. He usually makes good decisions too.

Triton: He also is good when active. Makes good decisions too.

Flubby: He has a brain =P He just needs to be a little more active.

Tricky: Hes always active. Makes good decisions. He knows his stuff. Does a lot of the forum looking after. I don't see any problems.

BabyCP: Always active. Also looks after the forum. Shes good. =)

EDIT: I'm just going to come out and say it:

Tricky and BCP:Both proably the most active mods on here, friendly and they do their jobs right.

Big Sb and Triton:Both probably the best admins on here, and they deserve to keep their positions.

I'd just like to state my opinion on this thing in general, its good that everyone is taking part as a community member by voting, and you should have the right to express your opinion and be part of the decision, but these things are based on bias.

Like DM said though, thanks for voting, it shows you know whats going on and your taking part as a forum member.

Yes, I'm glad your all taking part in something that will effect the forum in one way or another. Thank you everyone for your votes. Yes, I do have a low number of votes but my spirits are high. Ive enjoyed "working" here and I hope to continue that. But really, thank you everyone who has voted.

I think I'm somewhat active, it just doesn't show, because I just don't post anywhere but the Staff Forum because I feel like thats the place I'm needed.

Do we post in this thread who we think should be a mod?

If so, I think Kool Kat would be a good mod(if she would agree to it). She has experience on this forum, and while she was a mod she did a great job.
