Don't get me wrong, she broke the rules, but how can you ban a 10 year old after a few days of her joining?

She broke the rules, but you have to be fair to her. A kind PM explaining what she has done wrong and what she needs to remember when posting would easily cover it, but instead, she is repeatedly infracted.

I'm sorry, but if this is how new users are treated when they break the rules, then it's not surprising CPP is becoming slowly less active.

I only gave her 2 infractions and the rest was given by Sjb and she was the one who banned her. So, I'm saying now, I have nothing to do with this. ALL SJB'S FAULT!! Madcat 2009 409627

That's what I was thinking.

People have got away with much worse and not been banned, because they are thicker skinned, but when an easy target comes along, it's ban happy all day long.

Exactly what I had in mind.
She didn't inflict any harm by bumping those topics; heck, some of the topics she bumped were even interesting enough. She basically helped the forum's activity in an indirect way.
The staff is going around banning people for minor incidents, and we're left to wonder why this forum has a bad reputation.

This is why we can't have nice stuff around here.
