The Tsunami of Arabia

Plot
You are a resident living in the central part of Arabia. On a dark day you hear a loud noise and look outside your balcony only to see this thick, blue stream of waves crashing buildings coming your way. You wake up only to see the ruins of buildings.

Your quest is to build your way up with all of the other players to build your own private estate to all live in.

Rules
No controlling other people.
No supernatural movements eg. flying, shooting fireballs out of your hand.
No getting things out of thin air.

Towns
Okay, these places are in real life. I just couldn't find any names. They aren't far away from each other.
Rafha
This is where most of the rich people lived with large flats but there is extremely hot weather.
Tarout City
Most of this land is abandoned. It has average temperatures of 23 Degrees Celsius.
Uqair
This land is where the all of the hotels and resorts were. There still is some places to shelter in here.

Biography: Zeyn tends to keep to himself. Doesn't trust anyone, comes from a poor family, and is a bit too scrupulous with money. He used to own the only antique shop in the central district until the tsunami drowned the whole place.
Appearance: Tanned skin, cropped hair, and hazel eyes.

Zeyn was perfectly sure someone had broken into his house until he realized that the whole place has drowned. He was momentarily struck by horror as it hit him: his shop was probably gone as for the rest of this city. "What is this? A flood?!" he grabbed the nearest dry chair and sat on it, "Is that even possible?" said Zeyn. He proceeded to try and review the situation as he sat down in his soaked hovel.

By the time some noise started stirring up in the ruined streets of the city, Zeyn got up and walked outside after having deduced that losing his shop was a blessing, not a curse. All of this - the desperation, the chaos, it was his big shot at cashing in and all he needed to do was find an abandoned building still on its feet, take over it, and charge people a large sum of money for safe shelter.

*tries to open door

Jayla: Locked..... *sigh........ Stuck in my own tower......

Aabida wakes up in her flooded flat.

What?

Goes outside, and sees her father's boat is floating on the surface of the water, but has no fuel.


I will just use my hands to travel with then.

Uses her hands as an 'engine', then sees a wood stick, then another one.

I can use these too.

Travels to Tarout City, and sees a strange farmer teenager. Walks up to him.

Jayla: What to do? My chainsaw is in the basement, but it's flooded.... I guess I'll stay here eating the only food I have: several boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios.

*walks to top of the five hundred-foot tower, and looks off the balcony

Jayla: No way out.... or down......?.........!!!

*picks up ropes and other long, strong objects and ties together

*ties end of rope to edge of the balcony and the other around my waist

*slowly gets down, little by little

*swims through deserted town

Jayla: Nobody is here.... they either drowned or fled the city.

*sees a quick moving shadow

Jayla: !!!..... That must be....!!!

*disappears along with moving shadow
