The Outfit of the Catalog Rules

The short form of this is: .O.O.T.C.
There are some rules you must follow to join these types of contests:

- You should gain 5 points to win a prize.
- Don't cheat, if you got caught you will be banned from the contest.
- These contests are posted every new Club Penguin clothing catalog.
- If you gain the 5 points, ask or post to get your prize.
- For each win you get 1 point.
