I completely agree. My suggestions are:

We all have Ramen for lunch, dinner, and breakfast.

The Moderators ban the users instead of giving infractions.

This way we have all da powa

Discussion on the infraction system is like sino-american talks on implementing democracy in the Chinese political system.
It's something that they don't want to happen, and won't happen.

Unless the system is replaced with a more comprehensive justice and punishment system, infractions are here to stay.
