I think the bumping thread should be changed that the author of the thread is allowed to bump his own if the thread itself is something similar or is, an "Official Thread".

For example, if someone makes a thread titled, 'Official Trolling Thread", the author should be able to bump it due to keep up with it's activity.

Now, I should be able to bump my Ghillie Suit thread also. It doesn't say Official in it, but it's basically my Official Ghillie Suit thread.
