EPF Update?

Billybob has posted a new blog post on Club Penguin.

He told us about how there will be a new EPF Class, a 'Comm' Class. He also posted a picture of what it will look like:

He says the team has a big plans, but they are top secret. He also included that a 'certain polar bear' will be a part of it, and if you've finished many missions at all on CP, you'll know that he is implying Herbert.

So, what do you guys think is in store?
