That's because they figured out (using your IP probably) that you were lying about something or you had multiple accounts on the computer you were using.

1. completing offers posted by advritisers. The system is that the advritisers post their offers, and when you complete the offer(they will tell you what you need to do), you get however many points are listed.

2. Refferals. In my sig right now is a refferal banner. you make points off of refferals when they sign up and complete offers.
