Gimp?

Since Gimp is free I think I am going to try it. I am brand new to this stuff and I wanted to learn how. Does anyone know any good tutorials or anything that can help noobs. I just wanna learn. :P

An older version of Gimp. That version is basically a crashy beta for gimp. Get Gimp 2 or Gimp 1.1

Just go to www.planetrenders.net for rendered things...
and i have gimp 2.4, i love it, its so organized, nothings wrong with it. Unless 2.4 and 2.4.4 are different. :P

Gimp 2.4.4 crashes alot when you put alot of stuff on it. Theirs more bugs then 2.4 I think, too! Plus, the "Text to Path" doesn't work.

I use GIMP 2. It is the same GIMP I have been using that version since I first started GIMP. When did GIMP 2 come out anyway? It was the newest download when I got it.
