I was about to uninstall GIMP because it hard for me to move image. and hard for aminate me smileys so i will use Gap. what the website link?

GIMP is probably the easiest to understand program ever made... How could you not know how to use the Marquee Tool?

Paint.net is easier, so you may want to try that, Ceryt.
