ok, this is making me angry.

What's your purpose for joining a GFX team?

Your answer should be: To Improve (and have fun)

People who are novices themselves make teams, and how are they going to help members improve.

And then there are the horrible ratings.

If something is ALRIGHT to you it is 5/10. If you don't like it much 3/10. If you think it's good, but not great 7/10!
I myself aren't a fan of ratings, I critque people's work because it HELPS THEM IMPROVE.
When a post like:
'well It's ok, 6/10'
helps you improve in no way applicatable.
