Are games even worth it? Paying 50-80 Dollars for something that is so small and youre going to finish in a few days?

Tell me the truth... Is it worth it? Because back in the day when i had a wii,ps2,ps1 Do you know how much the games i bought were?

2-5 Dollars... Yeah I used to buy pirated discs. And Im not a rich person or poor. But sometimes Its just not worth it. There should be a freaking PS3 Game Price cut.. I mean all games...

I wish i was rich but i live in a pretty crappy country so boo.

The 360's games are 60, and so are the PS3's for a reason. You buy the game if you think you will love it and play for months to come. You rent it if you want to play it, but not for long. You play demos to see if you will end up BUYING or RENTING.

Yeah, and the Wii's games are 50 because its garbage. /end thread. :)

At least PS3 are games are 60 in the US, that sucks paying up to 80 though..

not worth it thats why i mod chipped my wii so i play burned discs.i am rich(go to public school,though)yet video games are not worth it when you have free games to download on pcs

In my opinion, they should be $20. I also wanted to sell my Gears of War 2 disc that I got for $54 at Gamestop and I only got $11 when I sold it to the Cashier at Gamestop. Rip Off, right?

Games get boring, Halo 3 and Call of Duty: WaW are getting boring for me and I can't afford much games because my school is private, and my parents aren't doing well because of the poor economy here in the U.S.

Whoever thought of games being $60-$80 is an idiot, or Microsoft. :P

I think we need like a netflix for games...you rent them for as long as you want. But dont have to pay the price it cost to buy them.

I think they sell the games expensive because then they won't make a profit. They have to pay the workers for making it, publish the game and create copies.

But I'd just download them.

Although some games like inFAMOUS are worth it. inFAMOUS is long if you play Hero and infamous.
