Spam Control?

I know many forums where it has a limit to how many replies/threads you can make until you have to wait. Did that just rhyme? Awsum.

Anyway, due to the recent, "deadly" spam attack, I was thinking you could add this feature if possible. You could do about 3-5 (maybe more?) replies/threads before you have to wait about 30-45 seconds. Now, this wouldn't go on if you post those within a minute of wait.

Now, It'd be even better if you could add a Captcha to whoever replies and posts so we can't be spammed by Spam-Bots.

I think it's called flood control

You have to wait 60 seconds after every post.

Captcha is slow, and doesn't work 80% of the time. Flood control should be on, but only like 5/10 secs
