A) Emoticons are used for expression, so I don't see any problem with someone who is four to fourty doing that.
B) True, I do have suspiscion for that bit.
C) Read it again, he didn't know it was that easy and might have just been supporting the son instead of saying "I'm not proud of you since you think you've just discovered something new and done something you think no one else has."

A) Adults can use smilies, no matter how unlikely
B) He was making a point, a 41 year old would be strange on this kind of forum
C) Again, he probably didn't know it was a trainer, and thought he really hacked. For most people, hacking without a trainer can be complicated

See, this is why I think I'd make a good lawyer.

Now, it could all be true. I'm not denying that, I just think it's a bit suspicious.

Also, one other thing, his Yahoo! adress doesn't seem, well, the kinda address an adult would register, but that may just be someone trying to stop spam, I don't know.

I do not which to deny that this letter is true. I do not want an excuse to be mean, I just don't think this feels right.

Maybe i was a bit harsh before...

There seems to be a lot of truth in the letter, yet a lot of flaws.

And how do you know that the letter is not forged? He could have wrote it himself. Plus, how would his dad get on his account? I don't think he would tell his dad his password and then tell his dad what to do. And you just probably embarassed him to all heck. "Oh, I feel so bad. We banned a kid with autism." So? There are other socially inept people here that have been banned probably, what makes him so different? A forged letter?
