I just started using Gimp and right now, I have no idea what to do.
I need someone to help me hands on.
Like:I have Gimp opened on one screen and somone is talking me though it.(on AIM/Meebo etc)

Me too. It's confusing at first, then you get the hang of it. Remove excess GIMP windows, leaving just the original GIMP window. You can use tools from the GIMP window, and you can make a new pic File>New.

Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it like I did and you'll soon be making stuff with it.

I wouldnt suggest those tuts, but if youre really desperate of 1st-gimp tips than do.
