Is my Video Camera Broken?

Well last Christmas I got my first video camara. Its a small Aiptek ISDV2.4. The Problem is I barely use it and whenever I put new batteries in it, it can only be on REC. for like 10 min. at the maximum then it just dies off and I need new batteries because theirs no charger for it. Does that happen to all Video Cameras? Thanks

It's only 150$ most recorders cost like 900$, so it's because it is cheap. :)

Yup, you're lucky, I can only record up to four minutes on my video camera.

Yeah, it's called...oh, what was it...it was 100 bucks, with software that had special FX. If it's plugged into the computer, you can record forever, but it's pixelly, come on!
