I used to be one of the worst GFXers the world had ever seen, legendary forum-wide for my bad siggys. Have I gotten better? Check out my sig and rate 1-10.

You could still use a lot of improvment.. I think you're just shooting for the wrong style.

See that blur thing you did around the sprite? That pixely-spray can effect? Try using that, and making a sprite/pixel-based sig.

I agree with Waddle- that stuff around the sprite looks great. Make that part quite a bit bigger, then sort out that out-of-place scribble.
Oh, and those random line things look a bit odd. You shold probably add 2 more to make it looks better, and gaussian blur them by a very small amount.

Do that, and you'll be on your way! 6.8/10
