Rockhopper background GONE >:o

I met Rockhopper and then I got his background, so then he went into
another room so I followed him into the other room but then it froze
and I refreshed the page and logged in again but then ROCKHOPPER WASN'T
THEIR but then I realised, don't matter I got his background and I met
him. So I wen't to put his background as my background on CP. :P
Suddenly, the background wasn't in my inventory. I got really angry, do you know why I don't have the background still? Must be of when I refreshed the page but I got the background before it froze! :/
