I know of a place to get great themes/styles for only around $2-$3.

I was planning on learning HTML and php after I got a new computer which is today. After a few months you probably will not need my help but I would try and help. Maybe I could partner up with someone who knows coding but not graphics and we could get paid like half and half or something.
