Username Changes

Have you ever had a username change? If so, say how many username changes you've had and what they were.

I had only 2 username changes - Demented Muffin and babyDB.
But I also have another account on this forum called Clubpengi99.

Zero name changes. But I was trying to get an admin to change my name to "Admin 2", just for MASS CONFUZION
